  1. Prick sausages. Brown in olive oil with smashed garlic and rosemary, 8 minutes.
  2. Add grapes (whole). Cook 5 minutes — they will begin to burst.
  3. Pour in wine. Simmer 25 minutes uncovered. The grape juice and wine reduce to a sticky glaze.
  4. Crack pepper. Serve hot with bread to mop the sauce.
